How do I buy a ticket?
Open an event, pick your tickets, sign in, and pay securely with Paystack. Your tickets land in your wallet instantly.
Where are my tickets?
In your wallet (My Tickets). Each ticket has a QR code that the gate scanner verifies — even offline.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the event organizer per their policy. Contact them, or reach us at support@ticketguru.ke.
How do organizers get paid?
Revenue (less the 2.5% fee) is paid out to your M-Pesa or bank account after the event.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Paystack. We never store your card details.
