By using TicketGuru you agree to these terms. TicketGuru Limited operates the platform connecting event organizers with attendees.

Tickets are sold by organizers; TicketGuru facilitates the sale and collects a service fee. Payments are processed by Paystack. All sales are subject to the organizer's refund policy.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, honoring valid tickets, and complying with applicable laws. Payouts are remitted after the event, less fees.

You agree not to resell tickets fraudulently, tamper with QR codes, or misuse the platform. Tickets are cryptographically signed and validated at entry.

TicketGuru is not liable for events that are cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented by organizers. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Kenya.
